Constipation
Almost all of us have been constipated at one time or another, yet nobody likes to talk about it. Let's face it, its a nasty subject. However constipation can cause you all sorts of other problems, from actually vomiting, to not being able to eat, cramps, and over all being uncomfortable.
There are a few simple Natural steps to relieving this , without harsh chemical laxatives.
First of all, eat more fruits and take more exercise, the fruits that will help the most are:
Raspberries
Blackberries
Strawberries
Prunes

Natural Cures: Sunburns
SUNBURNS
Of course there is no absolute cure for sunburns. There are however great treatments out there and they all work to one extent or another.
There is a paste you can make with baking soda and water, just mix together until you get a paste, apply to burn, without rubbing too much, and it takes the sting right out.
There is a remedy of which you boil tea, cool down in refrigerator and apply to the burn, this is supposed to help your burn turn into a tan and take the sting out aswell.
There are so many out there, but I think I've found the best!
Most of us have heard of Aloe plants for treating burns , which actually works the best of all, but its hard when you break off the aloe plant and there isnt enough for the whole burn.
There is a solution. There is an aloe gel out there that you can buy from any place that has a pharmacy and it is a thick clear gel, looks like it has bubbles in it. Its from a company called Fruit of the Earth, this my burnt friends works the best for taking the sting away and helping your burn to heal quickly, go try it , its the best!
Happy sun tanning, watch out for the burn! Use sunscreen, its the best prevention.
